Please note that opened albums and limited edition items with broken seals are ineligible for return due to their collectible nature.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all inclusions like photocards, posters, and stickers are present and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
